ARTISTIC TALENT BRIGHTENS SWIM TIME
Staff and students come together regularly during swim time, in the course of this period you can listen to children play and instructional staff setting up tasks for student to practice; tasks that extend your children’s knowledge and improve life skills. Summer School 2017 Erica Krambeck ‘Aquatics Director’ teamed up with Charon Dagley ‘Central Middle School Visual Arts Teacher’ and created a concept to give the pool facility a sense of unity and pride. With the assistance of class participation and Jordan Roberson a regular substitute. We at Kent County Community School were able to create a Life Time mural that can be enjoyed each and every day. With the quote “We May All Be Different Kinds of Fish but In School We Swim Together” as a reminder that not everyone is the same and we each have individual and unique qualities that are accepted and appreciated.
